Sunday School Program (K-4) - Sunday School for grades K-4 gathers on Sunday mornings at 10:40am. Following Sunday School the children join their parents during the Worship Service. Our Sunday School curriculum is based on the Church's Lectionary. There are two separate classes, one for K-2 and 3-5.
Sunday School for Middle School - Our Middle School Class is for grades 5-8 and meets on Sunday Mornings from 9:30am - 10:20am upstairs in the couch room. The curriculum was created by Michelle Wills, a St. Stephen's Parishioner, and prepares the Middle School students for a life of prayer and devotion to our Lord.
Adults
Adult Sunday School - Meets every Sunday in the Parish Hall, 9:30 - 10:20am. Topics vary each season.
Sunday Bible Study - Adult Bible Study is held on Sunday mornings between the worship services from 9:45-10:15am in the Parish Library.
Men's Bible Study - Meets on Wednesday Evenings at 6:30pm in the Parish Library.
Bible Study - Meets on Monday Evenings at 6:00pm in the Parish Library. (September - May)
Parish Bible Study - Meets on Tuesday Evenings at 6:30pm in the Parish Library.
Parish Bible Study / Book Study - Meets on Friday Mornings at 10:00am in the Parish Library.
Senior Forum - The last Wednesday of the month we have a Senior Lunch and Forum. We gather at 11:30am for lunch and fellowship followed a lecture series led by one of the clergy. Please bring a bag lunch unless announced otherwise.
Education for Ministry (Lay Preacher) - In November 2013, St. Stephen's revived the office of Lay Preacher/Lay Worship Leader. The process for licensing as a Lay Preacher/Lay Worship Leader can be found by contacting the Rector. The Diocesan Bishop will have to interview, approve and license each lay minister. The Education for Ministry courses at St. Stephen's are open to anyone, but required for those who wish to be licensed for lay preaching in the parish. There is a total of six courses: Church History, Old Testament, New Testament, Anglican Church History, Book of Common Prayer and the 39 Articles, Homiletics. A Course schedule has been set up and classes have begun!.
